This Website Privacy Policy describes how America on Demand, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively "AOD") may collect, use and disclose information that you and other employment candidates provide to us through our website.

Moreover, we will exercise reasonable efforts to prevent the unintentional disclosure of your Candidate Information. AOD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF AN UNINTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE OF CANDIDATE INFORMATION IN THE ABSENCE OF INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE THAT THE DISCLOSURE RESULTED FROM RECKLESS OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT ACTION ON THE PART OF AOD. IN SUCH CASE AOD'S LIABILITY WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY DAMAGES FOR MONETARY INJURIES THAT FLOW DIRECTLY FROM THE ALLEGED DISCLOSURE AND AOD WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME OR LOSS OF REPUTATION OR OPPORTUNITY.

    V. Amendments
